RMA Support
We can take on various aspects of your returns process. This includes white glove services that cover the removal, crating, and shipping of old machinery, and arranging for a new machine to arrive in its place. Aeronet also handles picking up machinery:
- For delivery to the recycler
- For delivery to another customer as an indirect sell
- For return to the manufacturer for triage and rehab
Machine Lifecyle
We can connect you with a recycler to get an end-of-life (EOL) certification on each machine. This ensures you fulfill your company’s full lifecycle protocol.
