Diversified Hospitality Solutions (DHS) is one of the industry’s leading suppliers in North America. They provide quality hospitality accessories and guest amenities to their client base, which ranges from motels to five-star resorts. Items include soaps, shampoos, and the other amenities you would find in a hotel room.
DHS was struggling with their 3PL warehousing service provider, and unsatisfied with how orders were being processed. Aeronet Worldwide explained our capabilities, proposed a solution to DHS, and even had them tour our large Southern California warehousing and distribution facility. Within a week, Aeronet had been signed on to be DHS’s new logistics service provider, and the first ocean containers started to arrive.

Aeronet’s warehousing team routinely unload the containers, then meticulously sorted product by SKU, and entered that information into its warehouse management system (WMS), so that DHS had visibility into inventory levels. With the system in place, once DHS received an order from a client, Aeronet was able to quickly and efficiently pick the order, then prepare it for distribution.
The increase in travel has increased the demand for product from DHS. (You don’t want a hotel running out of soap!) And they have been so pleased with the level of service provided by Aeronet, they even referred us to their sister company.
