High-Volume, High-Detail Assembly for Cosmetics
Aeronet Worldwide dedicated a team to focus on a project for a well-known brand.
A well-known cosmetics brand, which was launched by a very famous singer-songwriter and actress (that will go unnamed here), reached out to Aeronet Worldwide because they had some precise assembly work required. Their existing logistics service provider could not handle it. The work required attention to detail and concentration: a long thin box had to be built, and then a label placed – exactly per the brand’s quality requirements – before a skincare product could be inserted inside. They were referred to Aeronet because we had developed a reputation for handling cosmetics products (including eCommerce fulfillment and distribution services).

Aeronet’s Los Angeles station dedicated space in its warehousing facility to eliminate any distractions, and established a 40-person team assigned solely to this project. At its peak, the team assembled over 14,000 units in one day, and through the life of the project, they built 406,318 units.
The client was extremely impressed with the productivity and quality of Aeronet’s work, and through demonstrating our skillset, the door was opened for discussions on further opportunities.
This is a great example of how Aeronet can scale production, as needed, to meet a volume and deadline demands, while producing a successful outcome.
