In honor the memory of Tony Pereira, Aeronet Worldwide announces the inaugural Make It Happen Award. Named after Tony’s beloved mantra, the award celebrates the Aeronet associate who best demonstrates our core values of Integrity, Commitment, and Passion.

Steve Cuzas – Aeronet eSolutions
In all the work Steve performs, he always puts Aeronet company policy first, ultimately driving towards what is right. He looks after Aeronet’s best interest while also balancing the best interest of our clients. Steve is always available – day, night, weekends. He truly enjoys finding ways to streamline our processes and to make things easier for our associates, willing to listen to anything that is proposed to him, no matter where the suggestion comes from. A planned short meeting can turn into a two-hour discussion about new ways to make our Aerotrac® transportation management system even better. The amount of dedication and care he has put into his work over his 21 years at Aeronet clearly demonstrates our core values of Integrity, Commitment, and Passion. Thus, Steve Cuzas is the inaugural recipient of the Make It Happen Award!

Michael Crowley – Aeronet Los Angeles
Michael excels in gaining his clients’ trust, and this has translated into increased business. This is evidenced by his record numbers in 2025. His high integrity and character are why his clients use Aeronet, and coworkers trust him because he does the right thing. Not only does he lead the Aeronet Los Angeles Sales team, he also sells into other Aeronet markets, leading to significant impacts to profitability across these stations. Anyone that interacts with Michael can feel his passion for the company. His energy and enthusiasm are contagious, as he is a catalyst in getting everyone focused on doing right by our clients.
Jeff Dauz – West Region / Aeronet San Diego
Jeff leads by example. The integrity shown to his West Region Sales team, and those at Aeronet San Diego, is demonstrable. He is incredibly supportive, always available, presents himself professionally at all times, is always patient, has a smile on his face, and brings his patented laugh! Jeff will join in any meeting, whether selling, assisting with accounting, or facing tough conversations. He is firm, but compassionate. Jeff cares deeply for Aeronet, believes in Aeronet, and is determined to see that Aeronet succeeds.
Alicia Foo – Aeronet Houston
Alicia has the kindest heart, is always calm and helpful, and goes the extra mile to help out her coworkers and Aeronet’s clients. She works past normal office hours, and answers phone calls for anyone that needs assistance. Alicia genuinely cares about people, the Aeronet Houston station, and our clients.
Kevin Garcia – Aeronet Global Partners
Kevin will always take the lead, is not egotistical, takes accountability, and has never pointed the finger at anyone else. He will do whatever it takes to Make it Happen! Kevin works at all hours, and never turns down an offer to help anyone in this organization – all without complaint. He has helped to bring on and maintain countless clients for Aeronet. Kevin never loses his cool while under extreme pressure, and he has the ability to assist in every facet or with any product we offer.
Harry Herrera – Aeronet National Control Center
Harry always treats others with respect and is honest in all situations. He does the right thing, even when no one is watching and doesn’t expect a reward for doing so. Harry’s dedication is evidenced in his working at all hours in order to get the job done. Aeronet can always count on him and his exceptional customer service. He is passionate about his work, and is equipped to handle stress and overcoming obstacles because he loves what he does. Harry is also always ready to meet challenges and adapt to changing business needs.
Catrina Peterson – Aeronet Los Angeles
Catrina shows mutual care and respect, and sets a good example for her team and colleagues. She exemplifies a positive work environment by encouraging open communication and following through with any inquires. Catrina provides continuous support to Sales and Operations, and ensures that processes and policies are being followed through and client expectations are being met. She also keeps the team informed of any policy updates and changes, ensuring that new procedures are implemented by all.
Tiffany Rickelman – Aeronet Chicago
Tiffany works in a completely transparent mode with our clients. She is up for a challenge, takes ownership if there is any kind error, and will find a solution. Tiffany strives to understand client needs and not make assumptions. This is evidenced by repeatedly offering solutions that may be outside of the scope of the client’s initial request, whether it be better pricing or providing guidance on higher-priced solutions that produce better assurances. Tiffany exudes happiness and a passion for her work. Her responsiveness is a hallmark of her work ethic, and her bubbly, yet professional, communication is contagious.
Irma Rodriguez – Aeronet San Jose
Irma is the definition of Make It Happen! Her positive attitude makes for a great time at the office. You can always count on her to get the job done and keep the team on the same track. Irma is dedicated, loves her work, cares about the job, and will always strive to do the right thing for the client. She is also always available to cover for any personnel shortage, without hesitation, to make sure Aeronet is covered. If a problem arises with any shipment, or a client has a concern, she will work tirelessly until the situation is resolved and the client is 100% satisfied – even if it means staying after hours.
