We align equipment, packaging, and routing strategies to your exact temperature and transit-time requirements. Aeronet supports a full spectrum of temperature-controlled shipments, including:

  • -20°C frozen
  • 2–8°C refrigerated
  • Ambient / controlled room temperature

Active & Passive Packaging Solutions

We offer both active and passive packaging options, allowing us to design the right solution based on product sensitivity, shipment duration, and risk tolerance. Additionally, Aeronet’s teams are trained to properly seal, inspect, and handle dry ice shipments to minimize sublimation risk and prevent temperature excursions.

Active Packaging

  • Self-contained active containers that continuously regulate and monitor internal temperatures throughout transit.

Passive Packaging

  • Cryo Container – Dry vapor liquid nitrogen solution for ultra-low temperature shipments; ideal for laboratory and life science samples.
  • Phase Change Material (PCM) – Preconditioned panels that maintain tight temperature ranges and can replace dry ice.
  • Pallet Shipper – Insulated containers loaded with blocks of dry ice for palletized or bulk cold chain freight.
  • Small Pack Coolers (Pellets) – Soft-sided containers filled with dry ice pellets for smaller, expedited shipments.

Air & Routing Control

Cold chain shipments often require direct flights to keep cargo intact and limit handling. Aeronet proactively secures space on commercial wide-body or dedicated cargo aircraft, avoiding unnecessary breakdowns that can compromise temperature control.
