Aeronet, Inc. Chairman Anthony N. Pereira announces the addition of two new Directors to the Corporation's Board. Recent Bylaw changes have been made to expand the board of directors allowing participation of high caliber executives from outside of the privately held corporation. John Zaepfel and Nancy Koo bring a wide range of professional experience that complements Aeronet's new strategic direction.

Mr. Zaepfel CEO of the Zaepfel Group, a consulting and investment firm in Newport Beach, CA. spent fifteen years as a CEO, founding CPG International in 1985. Companies in the group included Chartpak, Picket Industries, Clearprint Paper, Planhold and Grumbacher. This $90 million operating company manufactured and marketed fine art, graphic art, engineering, drafting and media supplies through thirteen domestic and international facilities. CPG was sold very successfully in May of 1989 to financial buyers.

During his career, Zaepfel has served on 45 public & private companies. He currently serves on 20 statuary & advisory Board chairing 12 as a non executive chairman. He lectures extensively and maintains a CEO coaching practice.

Mr. Zaepfel is a graduate of the University of Washington and holds an MBA from the Marshall School of Business at the University of Southern California.

Ms. Koo has over 30 years experience as a Certified Public Accountant, most of her business career in the accounting industry in the State of California. In 1979 she joined Armanino McKenna LLP. Ms Koo became a partner and member for the firms Executive Committee until her retirement in 2000. In addition, she served on several boards in the Asian Community and has organized various charity relief projects.

Ms. Koo has a BA Degree in Business Administration from the Baptist College in Hong Kong and a B.S. Degree and earned her Masters Degree from Golden Gate University in San Francisco in Accounting.
