Aeronet, a leader in integrated logistics solutions, announced acquisition of International Alliance, Ltd. of Forest Park, Georgia to complete the strategic development of major hubs in its U.S. Network.

"With the acquisition of International Alliance, we have established a firm foothold for servicing clients in the Southeast," stated Tony Medeiros, President and C.O.O. of Aeronet. "Our Atlanta terminal and hub completes our current expansion phase in the continental U.S. and will serve as a key international gateway and distribution center for our worldwide network," added Medeiros

The Atlanta office will be managed by General Manager Graham Medlam who will report directly to Tony Medeiros. "Medlam's experience with International Alliance will ensure a smooth transition to Aeronet. The Atlanta office is now online and fully functional," commented Medeiros.
