Aeronet, a leader in integrated logistics solutions, announced the appointment of Richard Izykowski to the position of Manager of Ground Services. Izykowski has over 25 years experience in the transportation industry. He joined Aeronet in 2003 where he has held various positions including Truckload Manager, Business Development Manager and most recently, Operations Manager.

Izykowski will be based at Aeronet's headquarter offices in Irvine, California and will report to Ed Krieger, Vice-President of Operations. Izykowski's responsibilities in the newly created position of Manager of Ground Services consist of managing Aeronet's national cartage agent system. "Richard's vast experience is a great asset for this position. He will work closely with Station managers and our transportation network to optimize service levels while keeping transportation costs within objectives." Stated Ed Krieger, "Of primary importance is the continued focus of delivering value services to our clients around the clock, every day of the year" added Krieger.
